  • Directly from you

How long we keep information

  • We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including meeting any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
  • Customer contact details and order history may be retained while a customer continues to order from us, as many customers place repeat or annual orders. We periodically review these records and will normally delete or anonymise customer details after three years without activity, unless we are required to retain certain information for longer.
  • Information required for tax, accounting or other legal purposes will normally be retained for up to six years. Paper order and preparation sheets are securely destroyed once the relevant order has been fulfilled, any necessary information has been recorded elsewhere, and the sheets are no longer required to resolve queries.
  • Where you have registered to receive a notification or marketing email, we will retain your contact details until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or the particular notification service has ended. When information is no longer required, we securely delete, anonymise or destroy it. [Insert information about how long you store personal information here.]
